About Gurukul

Gurukul is a Charitable trust based in Newcastle upon Tyne, UK.

It provides a centre for excellence in the UK for teaching Indian Classical Music in the Guru Shishya tradition. The teaching academy being based in Newcastle upon Tyne but serving students throughout the UK

Gurukul has a number of trustees that work to ensure that the oganisation as a whole works together to achieve its stated aims.

Gurukul's work is helped and funded by a number of individuals and organisations for whose support Gurukul is grateful.
